The Alliance provides technical assistance to the ACEF-funded AfriCircular Innovators Programme.
 

The AfriCircular Innovators Programme helps African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups become fully circular. This 6-month program offers grants and technical assistance to MSMEs, enabling them to grow into bankable businesses. The first cohort includes MSMEs from Kigali, Accra, and Abidjan.
 

Ten entrepreneurs—three or four of the best from each participating country—have been chosen, following Phase II, to receive mini-grants and continued business support during Phase III (January–March 2025). Phase three will use investor events, trips, and networking to attract local investors.
